Job Description

Collect, update, validate, and maintain daily treasury-related data and records
Ensure timely and accurate recording of cash balances, bank transactions, payments, receipts, borrowings, and other treasury information
Maintain accurate treasury schedules, trackers, and supporting documentation
Assist in preparing and updating daily and weekly cash flow forecasts using information received from relevant departments and entities
Support the monitoring of cash inflows, outflows, and available bank balances
Consolidate cash flow information to support management reporting and decision-making
Assist in maintaining bank account details and banking transaction records
Support the Treasury team in tracking payment obligations, bank transfers, and funding requirements.

Person Specification

Pursuing AAT, ACCA, CA, or other relevant professional qualifications will be considered an added advantage
Possess a good understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts
Demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, data manipulation, sorting, filtering, and reporting
Familiarity with ERP systems, accounting systems, banking platforms, or financial reporting tools will be considered an added advantage
An interest in automation, digitalisation, Power BI, data analytics, or process improvement will be considered an added advantage
Up to 1 year of prior work experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or a related field will be considered an added advantage
