About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Support / Node Support Engineer to join a small, strong team. You'll work hands-on with customer nodes and platform infrastructure: troubleshooting real technical cases, helping users find solutions, keeping services stable, and investigating complex incidents together with the SRE team. Your work will directly impact the reliability of a platform used daily by thousands of developers worldwide.
Responsibilities
Handle technical tickets from the customer support team: diagnose issues, resolve them independently, and escalate complex cases to the SRE team.
Administer existing nodes: version upgrades, resource allocation, full resyncs when needed, configuration tuning and optimization.
Prepare and write configurations for launching new nodes.
Provision and decommission nodes for customers.
Monitor service health: node sync status, version currency, server and overall infrastructure state.
Requirements
Strong communication skills: the ability to explain technical issues clearly, analyze problems, and propose solutions.
Understanding of how web applications work and how to interact with them via APIs.
Hands-on Linux experience: terminal work, remote access via SSH, resource monitoring (CPU, RAM, disk space).
Experience with Linux system processes and logs.
Knowledge of Bash, Python, and JavaScript.
Experience with orchestration systems (Nomad or Kubernetes).
Understanding of version control systems (GitLab, GitHub).
Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana).
Nice to Have
Experience with Git, Docker, Ansible.
Knowledge of Node.js and the HashiCorp ecosystem.
Experience with Prometheus.
Experience with API clients (Postman / Insomnia).

Schedule
Shift schedule 2/2 (two days on, two days off), 12-hour shifts: night or day shifts.
