About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect Cyber Security & Proposal Management to lead solution design, technical architecture, and proposal development for US Commercial and Government clients.

This role combines deep technical expertise with strong pre-sales and business acumen, requiring the ability to understand complex client requirements, architect scalable cyber security solutions, prepare winning proposals, and support business development efforts.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering large-scale cyber security initiatives, strong knowledge of cloud security and cloud migration strategies, and the ability to present technical solutions confidently to executive and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Cyber Security Solution Architecture :

- Design end-to-end cyber security solutions for enterprise and government clients.

- Analyze customer environments, identify security risks, and recommend scalable, secure architectures.

- Develop solution blueprints aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.

- Support complex cyber security transformation programs from solution design through implementation.

2. Cloud Security & Cloud Migration :

- Design and architect secure cloud solutions across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Cloud migration strategy and planning.

- Cloud security architecture.

- Identity and Access Management (IAM).

- Network security.

- Zero Trust architecture.

- Data protection and encryption.

- Security monitoring and incident response.

- Cloud governance and compliance.

3. Technical Pre-Sales & Client Engagement :

- Gather and analyze customer business and technical requirements.

- Conduct discovery workshops with commercial and government clients.

- Translate business needs into practical, cost-effective cyber security solutions.

- Present solution architectures, technical recommendations, and implementation roadmaps to client executives and technical teams.

- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

4. Proposal & RFP Management :

- Lead the preparation of high-quality technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).

- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop compelling proposal responses.

- Ensure proposals are technically accurate, commercially competitive, and aligned with client requirements.

- Create executive summaries, solution documents, implementation methodologies, and project assumptions.

5. Commercial & Pricing Support :

- Develop solution pricing in collaboration with sales and finance teams.

- Understand pricing models including Fixed Price, Time & Material (T&M), Managed Services, and Subscription-Based Services.

- Estimate effort, resource requirements, licensing, cloud infrastructure costs, and implementation timelines.

- Support contract discussions by providing technical and commercial inputs.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with Business Development, Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Project Management teams.

- Coordinate with OEM partners and technology vendors when required.

- Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to project delivery.

Required Qualifications :

- 710 years of experience in Cyber Security Architecture, Technical Solutioning, or Pre-Sales Consulting.

- Extensive experience supporting US Commercial and Government clients.

- Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale cyber security projects.

- Strong understanding of enterprise cyber security frameworks and best practices.

- Experience preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.

- Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.

- Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies and security architecture.

- Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Technical Expertise :

- Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust Security, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR), Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Email Security, Network Security, Firewall Technologies, Security Compliance and Governance, Incident Response, and Risk Management.
