Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain relational database schemas, ensuring data models support scalable and maintainable application development.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support application and reporting requirements.
- Build, maintain, and support ETL pipelines using SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or similar data integration tools.
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports to meet business reporting and analytics needs.
- Perform query optimization and database performance tuning to ensure efficient data processing and high system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offshore delivery teams to translate business requirements into effective technical data solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database, reporting, and ETL pipeline issues, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Contribute hands-on to database development activities, including schema design, data modeling, and database object creation.
- Document database designs, ETL workflows, data mappings, and reporting logic for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify data quality issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support data management initiatives, including data integration, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, while working with global stakeholders.
