岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 深入了解医院客户需求并提供专业的产品解决方案。负责公司的仪器和服务在指定区域的销售工作，完成约定的收入、回款、利润目标。
2. 定期拜访客户，分析竞对动态。挖掘潜在商机，积极开拓新客户，提升战略产品的区域市场占有率。
3. 制定销售策略和计划，与实验交付、产品研发、市场科研、代理商内外协同，共同做好拓展和上量工作。
4. 定期汇报项目进展，积极分享成功经验，为公司决策和销售流程优化提供数据支持和真实反馈。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 本科及以上学历，医学、生物、药学等专业的26年应届同学;
2. 具备优秀的沟通协调和商务谈判能力，能有效建立客户关系，有敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力，能根据市场变化及时调整销售策略。
3. 工作积极主动，有强烈的责任心和自我驱动力，能适应频繁出差。
4. 熟悉基因检测技术、产品及行业法规政策。有基因检测行业销售经验或医疗客户资源者优先。
