岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 根据区域销售目标及市场特点，结合自身技术优势为客户提供专业化的解决方案并完成销售目标;

2. 定期拜访区域客户，挖掘并分析客户的需求，并为客户提供专业技术咨询服务，解决客户的问题;

3. 根据市场情况的变化，制定区域内的客户的销售方案和策略;

4. 制定并按时完成每周拜访计划，月度总结和季度总结等工作;

5. 收集辖区内市场、客户及竞争对手信息，为市场营销和产品硏发部门提供貝有战略性和竞争性的反馈。

任职要求：

1. 分子生物学、细胞生物学、免疫学、遗传学、生物信息学背景相关专业本科及以上学历;

2. 熟悉基因测序行业及市场，对基因测序设备或某一应用领域有较好的认知度;

3. 两年以上基因相关设备产品销售或支持经验，具有良好的客户服务意识;

4. 具备优秀的沟通能力、协调能力、及团队合作能力，有愿意接受挑战;

5. 乐于学习新技术和新技能，能适应出差。
