岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、发布招聘信息、收集、筛选简历并进行电话面试，按照岗位要求进行主动搜寻及目标简历获取;

2、组织面试及前置化线上沟通，推进并跟踪面试结果及反馈，保证招聘任务顺利、及时交付完成;

3、协助完成业务部门沟通对接等人力资源相关工作;

4、文案、海报等雇主品牌维护;

5、协助部门完成团建、培训、会议组织、行政管理、档案管理等工作。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限;

2、耐心、细心，具有较强的亲和力、沟通能力、学习能力;

3、具备较丰富的人力资源实践经验和扎实的专业功底;

4、执行力强、结果导向、抗压能力强，良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力;

5、能够熟练使用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件;

6、每周实习5天，周末双休，能够实习3个月以上（如6个月）者优先。
