岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 带领团队完成分子诊断产品研发项目的生命周期管理，输出市场需求分析、产品需求分析、产品技术可行性分析、临床试验与注册分析等重要材料;

2. 对项目实施过程中的人员、成本、技术和专利进行有效管理;

3. 与实验室共同制定研发方案，向相关方提供技术指导和专业培训;

4. 持续根据产品的临床反馈，进行性能验证，改良及不断优化;

5. 与生产部、实验室良好的沟通协作，共同完成产品开发注册工作。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 分子生物学或医学相关专业背景;

2. 硕士毕业3年或博士毕业1年以上优先考虑;

3. 2年以上完整的三类IVD产品开发经验优先考虑;

4. 较强的英文阅读能力、学习能力;

5. 持续的自我驱动力，较强的抗压能力和团队合作精神。
