Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or with related field of study with relevant work experience.
Experience: Minimum of 6–8 years

Duties & Responsibilities:Project Planning & Management: Lead and oversee project implementation, develop work plans, allocate resources, and ensure project objectives are achieved within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
Site Operations: Direct day-to-day site activities, supervise engineering teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure work meets approved technical specifications and quality standards.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures, control labor, material, and equipment costs, review subcontractor progress claims, and ensure effective budget utilization.
Schedule & Procurement Management: Develop and monitor project schedules, track key milestones, coordinate procurement activities, and take corrective action to prevent project delays.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead project personnel, coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and Head Office departments, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance: Enforce workplace health and safety procedures, ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular project progress reports, maintain project records, identify implementation challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions.
