Delivery Solutions Engineer

Join our team as a Delivery Solutions Engineer, where you will lead technical discussions with clients, design integration scopes, and ensure the smooth implementation of our platform. This role combines post-sales technical consulting, hands-on integration work, and cross-functional collaboration with various teams. You will own the integration lifecycle, provide ongoing technical guidance, and act as a product expert. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or system integration, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of complex system architectures and data flow. Experience with eCommerce platforms and REST APIs is a plus.

Missions

• Lead technical discovery and integration discussions with clients, explaining solution capabilities and recommending best practices.
• Own the integration lifecycle, including technical scoping, data flow definition, API setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and delivery.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders, acting as a product expert and sharing client feedback with Product/R&D.

Profil recherché

- 3+ years in solutions engineering, system engineering, or system integration (SaaS/web)

- Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex concepts to varied audiences

- Experience working with distributed teams; ability to manage multiple projects

- Understanding complex system architectures and data flow

- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, SFCC) is an advantage

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and relational databases (SQL)

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS; JavaScript preferred; PHP/.NET a plus
