Join Global-e, a leading cross-border eCommerce platform, as a Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will support our Sales, Project, Product, and R&D teams by conducting technical discussions with online retailers and brands. You will lead technology and integration tracks, help clients understand our platform, and provide ongoing education and technical assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of systems integration concepts, previous experience in eCommerce, and excellent communication skills.
Missions
- Lead the technology and integration tracks in meetings with clients, providing technical expertise and guidance.
- Act as a technical focal point for integrating clients, demonstrating and prototyping integrations in merchant environments.
- Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to current partners and integrate clients, ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
Profil recherché
- Experience in close working interactions with distant teams- Firm understanding of systems integration concepts, API implementation (RESTful services) and relational databases (SQL)
- Previous experience in eCommerce and Logistics/Operations environment is a strong advantage
- BA/BS/Master degree in Computer Science or another technical field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver a solution pitch and convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to learn and work with varying technological environments (including emerging technologies), methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT Technology space
- Established problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities
- 3+ years experience in solution design / integration with direct client interaction, in SaaS-based environment - solutions engineer role preferred
- Ability to multitask and work well under deadlines in a changing environment
