Presales Solutions Engineer

Join Global-e, a leading cross-border eCommerce platform, as a Presales Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will support our Sales, Project, Product, and R&D teams by leading technical discussions with online retailers and brands, owning the technical and integration track during meetings, and providing ongoing technical guidance and support to current partners and integrating clients. You will also act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring market needs are clearly represented in product and technical conversations.

Missions

• Lead technical discussions with online retailers and brands, helping them understand how Global-e's platform can support their global growth.
• Own the technical and integration track during meetings with prospects and existing clients, ensuring proposed solutions are scalable and aligned with customer requirements.
• Act as a technical focal point for client integrations, providing ongoing technical guidance, education, and support to current partners and integrating clients.

Profil recherché

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or another relevant technical field

- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, methodologies, and solutions across the Cloud/IT landscape

- Solid understanding of systems integration, APIs, RESTful services, and general technical architecture

- Previous experience in eCommerce is a strong advantage, especially with platforms such as Shopify, SFCC, Magento, or similar

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Proven ability to work effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines in a fast-changing environment
