• Identify, analyze, and mitigate legal risks arising from business operations, contracts, and decisions.
• Review, negotiate, and draft relevant contracts, ensuring their validity, regulatory compliance, and protection of the company.
• In-depth review and analysis of corporate documents related to clients and suppliers.
• Advise various departments within the company (finance, procurement, HR, compliance, operations) on complex legal matters, offering practical solutions aligned with the business.
• Provide support in litigation, audits, and requests from regulatory authorities, coordinating with external law firms as needed.

• Draft of services agreements specific to the business (acceptance of payment methods), including e-commerce, Cashback, Multi-Issuer and partial charges.
• Direct support to the compliance team in developing internal policies related to labor issues and personnel management.
• Update merchant´s application forms, merchant´s contract and annexes for products and commissions.
• Provide legal guidance in the creation of Terms and Conditions for the company’s new products and solutions.
• Update and renew the necessary legal permits for: a) hiring foreign personnel and b) the operation of specialized service contracts.
• Bring end-to-end legal support in negotiation, mediation, drafting, and signing customized contracts for clients with high transaction volumes or highly complex deals.
