In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our people connected, productive, and secure by delivering reliable technology support across the business. What you'll own
Drive exceptional technology experiences by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity challenges that enable colleagues to remain productive and focused on delivering business results.
Strengthen operational reliability by proactively identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, reducing downtime and improving service performance across the organization.
Enhance workforce readiness by deploying, configuring, and maintaining technology solutions that support seamless onboarding, collaboration, and day-to-day business operations.
Improve technology governance and visibility through accurate asset management practices that support compliance, lifecycle planning, and informed technology investment decisions.
Influence continuous improvement by leveraging technical expertise and insights to optimize support processes, elevate service quality, and contribute to a scalable and efficient IT environment.
What you'll bring
3-5 years of hands-on experience providing end-user technical support in a corporate environment.
Strong expertise in Windows and Mac operating systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Experience administering Active Directory and managing user access to support secure and efficient business operations.
Knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, Google Workspace, and enterprise productivity tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to work independently, manage competing demands, and deliver effective solutions.
It's a bonus if you have
Experience supporting technology environments within a multinational financial institution or similarly regulated industry.
Exposure to international teams and the flexibility to support occasional travel and business needs outside standard office hours.
A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities to enhance user experience, service delivery, or operational efficiency.
