What you'll own:
- Manage end-to-end utility billing using technology platforms to produce accurate, on-time monthly resident bills.
- Ensure all required billing inputs are complete to maximize client revenue recovery.
- Analyze billing outputs, variance reports, and datasets; collaborate with clients to validate and finalize utility statements.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver timely prebills, secure approvals, and meet billing timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate across the Utility Team and develop expert knowledge of billing systems to drive efficient processing.
What you'll bring:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues through critical thinking.
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software platforms and utility billing concepts, including flexibility for overtime as needed.
