We are looking for a Reconciliation Specialist to join our fast paced and performance driven Payments team!

Responsibilities:

• Carry out PSP balanceson a daily basis.
• Daily Reconciliation:Perform daily reconciliations of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Reconciliation Process: Assist in the preparation of new reconciliation processes for integrating additional payment providers.
• Identify Discrepancies:Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records, highlighting potential issues to the finance team.
• Data Analysis:Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and irregularities, providing insights to improve financial processes.
• Communication:Collaborate effectively with internal teams to obtain necessary information and resolve reconciliation discrepancies promptly.
• Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of reconciliation processes, procedures, and outcomes.
• Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement streamlined reconciliation processes.
• Drive and Support Automation Initiatives: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the development of the new reconciliation tool.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Knowledge of reconciliation tools is considered an advantage.
• Proven Experience:Experience in financial reconciliation, preferably in the iGaming industry is advantage
• Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large sets of data accurately.
• Attention to Detail:Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Adaptability:Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Communication:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to the Management.
• Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
