We are looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy Technical Project Coordinator Intern who thrives on problem-solving, system design, and client engagement. In this role, you will be the core bridge between our clients and engineering team—taking raw business challenges, converting them into feasible AI-driven system architectures, and ensuring flawless delivery.
Job Responsibilities- Requirement Gathering & Discovery: Meet directly with clients to analyze their business workflows, pain points, and operational bottlenecks.
- Solution Architecture & Flow Design: Brainstorm feasibility, design initial system/data flows, and map out customized software and AI solutions before handing them off to the development team.
- Proposal & Documentation Drafting: Prepare clear project proposals, functional specification documents (FSD), and technical scopes to present to clients.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and developers, translating business needs into clear developer tasks and keeping everyone aligned.
- Timeline & Scope Management: Track milestones closely to ensure deliverables remain aligned with client requirements and project timelines.
- Quality Assurance & UAT: Perform thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with an eye for UI/UX quality, edge cases, and functional standards prior to client delivery.
- Handover & Revisions: Coordinate client feedback, manage change requests, and lead smooth project handovers.
- Post-Implementation Relationship Management: Provide ongoing post-launch support and nurture long-term client relationships to identify future system enhancement needs.
