AI Native Technical Lead

Role Summary :

We are seeking an AI-Native Tech Lead who will lead feature teams within Agentic Pods by leveraging AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer who uses AI as a core part of daily engineering activities and demonstrates strong technical judgment while validating AI-generated outputs.

Requirements :

Required Experience :

- 8 Years+ years of software engineering experience.

- Strong programming expertise in Java, Python, C#, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar technologies.

- Experience with microservices, cloud platforms, APIs, containers, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

- Hands-on experience working within an AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), including AI-assisted coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and software delivery.

- Daily use of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, or equivalent.

- Strong code review, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience leading technical workstreams or mentoring engineering teams.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience with prompt engineering and structured AI interactions.

- Experience using AI for code generation, refactoring, test generation, and documentation.

- Exposure to Agentic AI workflows or autonomous development agents.

- Experience with modernization and cloud transformation programs.

Job Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical implementation of complex applications and services.

- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and quality.

- Create detailed technical specifications and structured prompts for AI-assisted implementation.

- Review AI-generated code, tests, documentation, and design artifacts.

- Mentor team members in AI-native software engineering practices.

- Ensure adherence to architecture, security, quality, and performance standards.

- Collaborate with architects and FDEs to deliver business outcomes through Agentic Pods.
