Sr. Executive – HR Business Partner

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Executive - HRBP to support business teams across the employee lifecycle, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and employee relations while helping build a positive and high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, performance management and exits.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary processes with empathy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate performance reviews, HR interventions, rewards & recognition, L&D and employee engagement initiatives.
• Track HR metrics and prepare HR dashboards, reports and employee surveys.
• Support HR policies, processes and ensure effective implementation across teams.
• Drive employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives and interdepartmental programs.
• Conduct exit interviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Support remote/hybrid employee engagement and people initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding, including Glassdoor/Google reviews and social media initiatives.
• Partner with managers to address employee concerns and improve employee experience.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of HR experience, with strong HRBP exposure.
• Must have independently handled at least 2 complete PMS cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, ratings/calibration, and closure.
• Master's degree/MBA with specialization in HR.
• Experience in IT/IT Product/IT Services/ITES preferred.
• Strong employee relations and grievance-handling experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong HR analytics and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• High integrity, empathy, problem-solving and organizational skills.
