- Provide product professional training to product users; monitor product usage of key clients and improve customer satisfaction through various approaches.
- Provide project guidance for key clients based on business needs.
- Prepare technical materials for demo and training purposes.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related disciplines; preferred skill (s): BIM expertise, digital construction
- Excellent communication skills, pressure resistance, teamwork spirit and relationship-building ability; strong sense of purpose and prominent customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong self-learning ability and capacity to solve problems independently, with a proactive and optimistic attitude.
- Proficiency in English; basic Mandarin skills are a plus.
