Government Project & Account Manager

As a Government Account/Project Manager at Gogolook, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end delivery of our government sector projects - from pre-project pitches preparation to post-contract implementation through ongoing account stewardship. You will act as the operational bridge between our BD, Product, and Engineering teams and our government clients, ensuring contractual obligations are met on time and to standard. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project timeline management for government accounts (including tenders and subsidy projects), ensuring system implementation, milestones, and acceptance reviews are delivered on schedule.
• Process, draft, and track official government documents (e.g., official letters, memorandums), while maintaining the flexibility to promptly handle ad-hoc or urgent document and data requests from government agencies.
• Produce and manage monthly performance reports (detection volume, hit rate, case statistics) using standardized templates.
• Coordinate mid-term and final acceptance documentation, working with PM/PO to ensure methodology, results, and KPI achievement sections are complete and compliant.
• Serve as first-line responder for client operational questions and data-interpretation inquiries, triaging and routing requests to the appropriate internal owner.
• Attend client working meetings and quarterly oversight meetings, producing meeting minutes and tracking follow-up action items.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, PM, and PO to align client expectations with internal product and engineering capacity.
• Build and maintain standardized templates and processes (monthly report templates, acceptance documentation checklists, official document tracking) to improve delivery efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor contract-linked deliverables to identify and escalate risks of delay or non-compliance before they affect payment or renewal.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project management, account management, or client success roles, with practical experience in executing, verifying, and closing government tenders or subsidy projects.
• Experience managing deliverables tied to contractual or payment milestones, with strong attention to timeline and documentation accuracy.
• Strong capability in drafting and processing official government correspondence (official dispatches and replies), with familiarity in official document etiquette and public sector terminology.
• High adaptability and stress resilience, with the ability to effectively manage urgent, ad-hoc document and information requests from the government.
• Proficiency in producing formal reports and presentation materials for government client and management review.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, particularly exceptional internal coordination skills, with the ability to interface simultaneously with clients and internal technical/product teams.
• Experience building or operating within structured processes (templates, checklists, SOPs) to improve delivery consistency.
• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English with the ability to produce professional deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in cybersecurity, telecommunications, or financial services industries.
• Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software delivery models.
• Experience working with cross-border or multi-vendor partner structures.
