Creative Specialist - GoGoX

We're looking for a visually strategic and hands-on Creative Specialist to lead creative direction across GoGoX's marketing ecosystem in Hong Kong. This person will own the visual identity and creative execution of our campaigns-from print, social and in-app to partnerships and events-ensuring every pixel reinforces why GoGoX is the logistics partner of choice. You'll translate data-driven strategic insights into bold, distinctive creative that works harder than the competition.

What You Will Deliver

Creative Direction & Campaign Execution

• Develop and execute distinctive creative concepts for 360° campaigns (online and offline) that drive brand awareness, user acquisition and engagement across both B2B and B2C verticals.
• Lead brainstorming and art direction sessions with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Ops, Partnerships, Regional Brand), translating business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
• Produce high-quality visual assets - photography, videography, illustration, animation and interactive design - that meet GoGoX brand guidelines and campaign performance targets.

AI & Innovation

• Apply AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Magnific, Higgsfield/Seedance, Luma and others) to accelerate ideation, asset generation and iteration, without compromising brand integrity.
• Track market trends, social conversation, emerging design technologies and AI developments, and translate them into sharper creative output and greater operational efficiency.

Design Systems & Technical Excellence

• Maintain and evolve a design system that scales across channels and markets, ensuring all work meets brand standards, accessibility requirements and channel technical specifications.
• Keep asset libraries, templates and file handover well organised so internal teams and external partners can execute on-brand independently.

Brand Storytelling & Regional Consistency

• Partner with the regional creative team to hold brand coherence across markets while keeping localisation genuinely relevant to each one.
• Craft visual storytelling that reflects our values - simplicity, adaptability, people-first, empathy - whilst staying agile enough to respond to market opportunities at short notice.

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem

• Drive co-marketing visuals and campaign assets for key partnerships that extend GoGoX's reach and strengthen ecosystem relationships.
• Lead creative execution for brand activations, sponsorships and exhibitions that position GoGoX as a top-of-mind logistics innovator.

Who You Are:

• Diploma or degree in Art, Design, Digital/Multimedia Design or equivalent; 5-7 years in graphic design, visual communication, advertising or digital media
• A portfolio showing solid craft - composition, colour, typography, layout and visual hierarchy
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); familiarity with Figma is a plus
• Basic motion and video editing (social animations, GIFs) is an advantage
• Comfortable using AI creative tools and keen to keep picking up new ones
• Familiar with the Hong Kong market and local consumer and SME audiences
• Organised and self-managing, able to handle several briefs at once
• Clear communicator who works well with marketing, regional creative, product teams and vendors
• Proficient in English and Cantonese
