Why This Role Matters
We are looking for a creative and execution-oriented Content Executive to drive content planning, scripting and production for performance marketing campaigns. The role will focus on creating engaging UGC (User-Generated Content) videos and ad creatives that capture audience attention, communicate brand value and drive engagement and conversions.
You will work closely with creators, marketing teams and internal stakeholders to take content from ideation and scripting to production and delivery, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality creatives.
What You’ll Own
- Write engaging scripts and concepts for UGC videos, performance marketing campaigns and ad creatives.
- Plan, coordinate and execute UGC content production from ideation to final delivery.
- Work closely with content creators, influencers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of content requirements.
- Develop creative briefs, references and content guidelines for creators.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure a consistent pipeline of fresh content.
- Maintain and organise the content asset library, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient utilisation of creatives.
- Track content production timelines, feedback and revisions to ensure timely turnaround.
- Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, hooks and storytelling techniques to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and develop creatives aligned with marketing goals.
- Monitor creative performance and incorporate learnings into future content strategies.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, content management, social media or digital marketing.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop engaging video scripts and ad concepts.
- Understanding of UGC content formats, social media platforms and performance marketing creatives.
- Experience coordinating with content creators, influencers or production teams.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content requirements simultaneously.
- Ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into relevant content ideas.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and evolving priorities.
- High ownership, attention to detail and a strong execution mindset.
