Responsibilities:

  • Platform Capabilities: Design reusable services that become part of the platform rather than one-off customer implementations.
  • Build AI-Native Infrastructure: Develop infrastructure for: AI Agent Execution, Tool Orchestration, Context Management, Memory, Human-in-the-loop Approvals, Evaluation Frameworks, Decision Lineage.
  • Build Enterprise-Grade Backend Systems: Design and implement scalable backend services that can serve multiple enterprise customers.
  • Build Cloud-Native Systems: Work across Python, APIs, Event-Driven Systems, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, AWS, and enterprise integrations. Work Directly With Product.
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder to convert operational business problems into reusable platform capabilities.
