Product Manager

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of B2C and B2B product management experience, with genuine end-to-end ownership of a product area, not just feature delivery.
• Strong first-principles problem-solving, able to break down ambiguous, complex business problems into structured, solvable pieces.
• Data fluency: comfortable with SQL/analytics tools, sharp about defining the right metrics, and instinctively data-backed in decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication: you can write unambiguously and build-ready specs and communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at every level.
• Proven stakeholder management: able to align cross-functional teams (business, engineering, design, operations) with competing priorities toward a shared outcome.
• Strong product sense: an eye for what makes a workflow simple and valuable for a non-technical, business-user audience.
• User empathy: genuine curiosity about the people who'll use what you build, and discipline about validating with them rather than assuming.
• Systems thinking: comfortable reasoning about platforms with multiple integrated modules, dependencies, and stakeholders rather than isolated features.
• Bias for action and ownership: you drive things forward independently, escalate the right things, and don't wait to be told.
• AI-native orientation: genuine fluency and enthusiasm for using AI tools in your own workflow, and a sharp eye for where AI can be embedded into the product itself to create customer value.
• Prior experience with a platform, marketplace, or internal-tooling products is a strong plus.
• Exposure to enterprise systems (ERP/SAP or similar) is a plus, though not required.
