Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and maintain data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity for reporting.
- Develop and enhance interactive dashboards and performance reports for key metrics (e.g. delivery, inventory, operations).
- Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
- Track and monitor action plans, ensuring timely execution and achievement of targets.
- Coordinate and support business performance improvement activities and reporting requirements.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned to support business needs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting platforms, and relevant programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience interpreting complex data sets.
- Experience with dashboard development and data visualization tools.
- Ability to manage reporting processes, track action plans, and support operational improvements.
- Familiarity with performance management frameworks (e.g. MBO, continuous improvement) is an added advantage.
