Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, identify new business opportunities, and grow market share.
• Promote products and provide solutions to customers, including interior designers, quantity surveyors, renovation contractors and end users.
• Achieve sales targets, acquire new accounts, maintain profitable margins, and meet collection and product mix objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update customer product libraries, and prepare sales and project pipeline reports.
• Conduct site visits, attend site meetings, resolve site issues, and prepare quotations, introductory letters and quantity estimates based on drawings and measurements.
• Support project acquisition, team development and company activities while adhering to company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

• Good understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Ability to recommend suitable products and alternatives to drive sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal negotiation skills.
• Relevant sales experience is an advantage.
• Ability to read drawing and take measurements will be a plus.
• Possessing own transport is an added advantage.
