The team identifies time-consuming internal processes and then builds solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of the company. You translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether battling large system processes or leveraging our homegrown suite of Google products for Googlers themselves, you help Googlers work faster and more efficiently.

The Financial Planning and Analysis ecosystem comprises Google-designed systems and third-party commercially available products.

In this role, you will help integrate the systems for Alphabet. You will use experience in implementations involving workflows and system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define the product requirements and bring clarity into the requirements by conducting workshops to build solutions for business problems.
• Design solutions and collaborate with lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) on solution designs.
• Partner with internal business teams and application engineers to implement solutions.
• Create documentation for system solution designs, configurations, test strategy, test plans, and issue resolution.
• Advocate for product improvement, work with business teams, and lead BSAs to contribute to product roadmaps.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in application solution and building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience configuring Data Medium Exchange Engine (DMEE) payment formats, bank reconciliation (EBS), and treasury banking integrations.
• Configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO (FI-AP, FI-BL, FI-TX).
• Technical proficiency in system integration (APIs, IDocs) and the ability to debug Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) code.
