[What you will be working on]
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own ApplySG's advanced capabilities, driving it from concept to launch.
Define product vision, outcomes and roadmap aligned with business and industry needs
Engage internal users and external industry stakeholders to identify problems and priorities
Translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements and acceptance criteria
Prioritise product backlog based on value, risk and technical constraints
Guide iterative delivery and releases with engineering teams and vendors
Own product post go-live, including adoption, stability and continuous improvement
Analyse issues, drive root cause analysis and prioritise improvements
Technical & Architecture Responsibilities:
Provide strong technical product leadership, including evaluating solution options and trade-offs
Where required, act as the product’s solution architect, defining high-level architecture, integration approach, data flows and non-functional requirements
Where a dedicated architect exists, partner closely to drive coherent technical decisions
[What we are looking for]
At least 2 years’ experience in software engineering, product management, digital solution ownership, business analyst or similar roles
Strong technical foundation (architecture, integration, data, security fundamentals)
Experience working with Agile or iterative delivery teams
Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
