Group Internal Audit is an independent function within Grab that provides an objective assurance and advisory role to Grab's senior leaders. We use a systematic, disciplined risk-based approach to evaluate and assess Grab's risks, processes and internal controls. Group Internal Audit covers multiple businesses and technology areas.

Get to know the Role:

As an Associate, Internal Audit - Mobility & Deliveries, you will execute audits and risk advisory activities. These activities and projects cover the associated risks arising from the activities of the Grab Mobility & Deliveries business.

You report directly to the Head of Mobility and Deliveries Audit. You work in a team of 7 auditors who are specialized in the audits of activities in the Grab Mobility & Deliveries business, and also in certain Corporate functions within Grab.

You effectively execute audits, including the design of audit work steps to evaluate the risks associated with governance, financial, operational, regulatory, and business continuity.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Support the Head of Mobility and Deliveries Audit as part of the Mobility & Deliveries Audit team.
• Work with the Mobility & Deliveries Audit team, focusing on all risks arising from the activities of the Grab Mobility & Deliveries business, and certain Corporate functions within Grab, including SOX testing.
• Plan and perform risk-based assessments, evaluate the business environment, related controls and processes.
• Support risk advisory reviews and business improvement activities.
• Prepare draft/ final report and help present audit findings.
• Usage of Generative AI to support efficient completion of daily tasks.
• Develop and maintain business relations with Grab Mobility & Deliveries business management, and be the trusted risk advisor on control related matters.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of audit and risk advisory experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency in productivity tools, including GSuite products.
• Proficiency in usage of different Large Language Models (LLM) such as GPT, Gemini, Claude.
• Located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, and the ability to travel for work when it is safe. Preferrable Requirements
• Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ACCA, or CIA
• Experience with data analytics such as SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, KNIME, Power BI, and Tableau.
