Quality Assurance Engineer

Graph AI is looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join its Engineering team in Hyderabad. The role involves ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of the company's AI-powered Graph Safety Product Suite. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automated testing, web application testing, API validation, and test automation. The role also involves validating new features, AI model updates, and bug fixes within a regulated GxP environment, ensuring that products meet quality standards before deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of full-stack applications.
• Validate new features, AI/ML model updates, and bug fixes before deployment.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand business requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation scripts using Python, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Test web applications, APIs, and three-tier architecture systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Prepare and maintain testing documentation, test reports, and validation summaries in accordance with GxP quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA).
• Strong hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python or another scripting language, preferably Python.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications, APIs, and three-tier architecture.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience working with GxP-compliant products, processes, or systems.
• Experience in regulated industries, particularly healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences IT.
• Familiarity with Pharmacovigilance processes and safety databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with testing AI/ML-powered applications and validating AI model updates.
• Understanding of software validation, quality documentation, and regulatory compliance practices.
