Responsibilities

• Select, cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat
• Ensure the highest quality standards for meat products
• Monitor and maintain proper storage and inventory of meat products
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new meat-based dishes and recipes
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Manage and operate butchering equipment and tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Butcher in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and meat quality
• Excellent knife skills and precision in butchering techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
