12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM-7:00 PM or 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule | Union Facility
Quarterly Bonus Target: 10%

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who want more than just a forklift job.

This position offers the opportunity to learn our converting operations and progress from Forklift Operator → Machine Helper → Machine Operator.
What You'll Do:
Forklift Operator
- Operate a sit-down forklift to safely transport finished products and materials throughout the mill.
- Package finished products according to customer specifications, including ticketing, banding, and wrapping.
- Transport products to various on-site warehouses.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Complete computer-based safety training.
Machine Helper
- Assist Machine Operators with converting equipment and production activities.
- Learn machine parts, equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor product quality and assist with adjustments as needed.
- Follow production standards and customer specifications.
- Support the operator in maintaining a safe and efficient work area.
Machine Operator
- Operate converting machinery safely and efficiently.
- Set up and adjust equipment to meet production and quality requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality.
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
- Complete required production documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and responsibilities.
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning machine parts and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed safety and operating procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Job-specific training, including Powered Industrial Truck training, is provided.
