Principal Product Manager

We are looking for a highly driven principal product manager with strong experience in B2B SaaS/product companies, specifically in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or fulfilment platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable enterprise products, driving product strategy, and working closely with engineering, operations, customers, and leadership teams to solve complex supply chain and warehouse challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for warehouse and inventory management platforms.
• Build and scale B2B products across areas like warehouse operations, inventory tracking and optimisation, order fulfilment, supply chain workflows, logistics and distribution.
• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand operational pain points and translate them into product features.
• Drive the product lifecycle from discovery, requirement gathering, prioritisation, execution, launch, and adoption.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams for product delivery.
• Define product KPIs, success metrics, and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Improve operational efficiency, automation, visibility, and scalability across warehouse workflows.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 8-14 years of product management experience in B2B/product organisations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Inventory Management Platforms, Supply Chain / Logistics products, and Fulfilment and Distribution workflows.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale or SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, automation, and process optimisation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics and customer insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in RetailTech, Supply Chain Tech, Logistics Tech, or the Manufacturing domain.
• Exposure to AI/automation-driven operational platforms is a plus.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and large-scale B2B customers.
• MBA or equivalent business/product background preferred.
