QA Manual Tester

We are looking for a skilled QA Manual Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating web-based enterprise applications, ensuring product quality, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with development and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements.
• Create and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
• Identify, track, and report bugs using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Validate APIs, workflows, and backend functionalities.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and QA activities.
• Ensure overall product quality and smooth user experience.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Manual Testing.
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect lifecycle.
• Experience in functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
• Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with Jira or other bug-tracking tools.
• Good understanding of web and enterprise applications.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of automation testing.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or retail domain.
• Understanding of SQL queries and database validation.
