We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer with strong backend expertise in Java, Python, or Golang to build scalable, high-performance systems. The ideal candidate should have experience working on complex, high-impact systems and contributing to architecture and system design in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps).
• Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
• Contribute to improving engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java / Python / Golang (any one).
• Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with system design and scalable architectures.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Spring Boot / Django / Go frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in product-based or high-growth environments.
