SDE 3 - Fullstack

We are looking for a highly skilled SDE 3 Full Stack Developer to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, JavaScript, and real-time communication using WebSockets, along with solid backend fundamentals. You will work closely with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver intuitive, resilient, and scalable web experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Build real-time, event-driven web applications using WebSockets.
• Translate product requirements and UX designs into high-quality, performant UI components.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services.
• Lead frontend architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Write clean, reusable, testable code and conduct code reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive frontend best practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and deliver features end-to-end.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript.
• Proven experience building real-time web applications using WebSockets.
• Strong understanding of HTML5 CSS3 responsive design, and browser internals.
• Experience with frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc. ).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js / Java / Python - any one).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with frameworks and libraries relevant to the technology stack.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.

Good to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Experience with performance monitoring and frontend observability.
• Prior experience in product-based or SaaS environments.
