We are looking for a strong SDE 3 / Senior Backend Engineer with expertise in building scalable backend systems, distributed architectures, and high-performance applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop highly scalable backend systems.
- Drive architecture and system design decisions.
- Build robust microservices using Java / Go.
- Work on distributed systems, APIs, messaging, and caching.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code/design reviews and mentor engineers.
- Own complex technical initiatives from design to production.
Requirements:
- Must-Have Skills: Java and Golang, Spring Boot and Microservices.
- System Design: HLD and LLD, Distributed Systems and Scalable Architecture, REST APIs / gRPC, Kafka / Event-Driven Architecture, Redis / Caching, SQL and NoSQL Databases, Multithreading and Concurrency, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure.
- Looking for engineers who have strong backend development + system design + distributed systems experience and have worked on large-scale production systems.
