Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives for a next-generation warehouse orchestration and automation platform. In this role, you will define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for mission-critical platform capabilities that power large-scale, AI-driven warehouse operations globally.

You will work at the intersection of engineering, robotics, data science, operations, and commercial teams to build scalable enterprise products that deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap for critical platform modules within warehouse orchestration and automation.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, execution, go-to-market alignment, and post-launch optimization.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate customer needs and business objectives into product requirements, success metrics, and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Robotics, Operations, and Data teams to deliver reliable enterprise-grade products.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and drive product adoption.
• Define KPIs and build data-driven frameworks to measure product success and business impact.
• Influence senior stakeholders through structured product proposals supported by commercial and technical insights.
• Drive product excellence through effective backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and Agile execution.
• Mentor product managers and contribute to product management best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

• 8-14 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior product manager role.
• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS or B2B software products.
• Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics Technology, Warehouse Automation, Fulfillment and Distribution Platforms, Robotics-driven Warehouse Solutions.
• Experience managing complex products involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, success metrics, and product performance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and product delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product storytelling skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a Reputable Institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's Degree.
• Experience working with AI-driven operational platforms.
• Exposure to warehouse orchestration systems, robotics ecosystems, or automation platforms.
• Experience serving large enterprise customers in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing domains.

Preferred Industry Background:

• Candidates from the following industries will be highly preferred: Warehouse Automation and Robotics, Supply Chain Technology, Logistics Technology, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), E-commerce Platforms and Fulfillment, and Enterprise SaaS Product.
