We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to build high-performance, scalable, and distributed software systems. This role is ideal for engineers with a strong backend foundation in Java, Python, or Go, who are open to working with Erlang and solving large-scale engineering challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable backend services and distributed systems.
  • Build and optimize high-performance microservices and REST APIs.
  • Develop reliable, fault-tolerant, multi-threaded applications.
  • Collaborate on Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture, and technical decisions.
  • Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

  • Strong backend development experience using Java, Python, or Go.
  • Willingness to work with or learn Erlang.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend integrations.
  • Good understanding of SQL, RDBMS, and database design.
  • Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, OOP, and design patterns.
  • Experience building distributed, multi-threaded, high-concurrency systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Experience with version control, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
