Sr. Staff Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Engineer (full stack) with deep backend expertise to drive architecture, scalability, and engineering excellence. You will play a critical role in designing large-scale systems, mentoring teams, and building high-performance products used by millions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs.
• Own end-to-end architecture for complex product features across backend and frontend layers.
• Drive technical decisions, system design, and best engineering practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver business impact.
• Mentor engineers and elevate overall team capability.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and observability.
• Contribute to frontend development where needed (React) with a strong backend-first mindset.
• Lead code reviews, enforce clean architecture, and maintain high code quality.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend focus.
• Expertise in backend technologies such as Java / Golang / Node.js / Python.
• Strong experience in designing distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong database knowledge: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) + NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of frontend frameworks like React / Angular / Vue.js .
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and system monitoring tools.
