Missions
- Conception et développement des expériences web de santé de Grindr, de l'architecture UI aux API.

Profil recherché
- Experience building on cloud services, AWS preferred- Deep experience with Typescript, Next.js, React and modern frontend tooling
- Experience shipping production Node and JVM (Java, Kotlin, Scala) applications
- Passionate about testing software and systems
- Working experience with backend systems (service APIs, data processing, messaging services) in a microservice-based architecture
- You love figuring things out and understanding how they work end-to-end
- 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on building user-facing web applications
- Experience building scalable frontend architecture, including state management, component design, and performance optimization
- Have built and operated consumer-facing web products at scale, where performance and reliability are non-negotiable
- Care equally about the system you're building and the experience it delivers - modern web design fundamentals and UX instincts inform how you write code
- Have experience working on distributed teams across time zones and borders
- Thrive in a face-paced, startup-like environment
- Are data-driven by nature - you use data to make decisions regularly
- Excel at working on multiple initiatives at once
- Find comfort in ambiguity
