Web Developer / Web Developer Intern

About the Role

We're looking for Web Developers - one Executive and one Intern - to join Grours and support the development and maintenance of websites and web-based platforms for our clients and internal projects. You'll work on everything from landing pages to full websites, ensuring clean design implementation, functionality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update client websites and landing pages
• Translate design mockups into responsive, functional web pages
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, performance issues, and cross-browser compatibility issues
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams on web-related project requirements
• Assist with website hosting, domain, and basic CMS management (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO basics, and mobile responsiveness
• Support web designing and development tasks across client and internal projects
• (Executive) Take ownership of project timelines and client-facing technical requirements

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with a framework (React, Next.js, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles
• Basic understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• 1+ years of relevant experience for the Executive role; personal or academic projects are welcome for the internship
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
