Field Support Engineer & Network Skills

Principales responsabilidades

  • Brindar soporte técnico Nivel 2 a usuarios finales de forma presencial.

  • Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con equipos de cómputo, periféricos y aplicaciones.

  • Realizar instalación, configuración y reemplazo de equipos de TI.

  • Ejecutar actividades de Rack & Stack para equipos de red y servidores.

  • Realizar cableado, organización y etiquetado dentro de racks.

  • Apoyar en tareas de conectividad y troubleshooting básico de red.

  • Atender requerimientos de campo (Field Support) dentro de los tiempos establecidos.

  • Documentar actividades e incidencias en las herramientas de gestión de Tickets

  • Colaborar con equipos locales y remotos para la resolución de problemas técnicos.

Requisitos

Experiencia en soporte técnico Nivel 2 a usuarios finales.

Conocimientos en hardware, sistemas operativos Windows y herramientas de productividad.

Experiencia en soporte en sitio (Deskside Support / Field Support).

Conocimientos de redes: cableado estructurado, conectividad, switches y troubleshooting básico.

Experiencia realizando actividades de Rack & Stack y organización de cableado en racks.

Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y orientada al servicio al cliente.
