JOB SUMMARY
The banquet server is responsible for banquet needs including set up, breakdown and cleanup of buffet and beverage areas. The servers’ goals will be to provide “seamless”, professional, and courteous service in a fast-paced exciting environment. This position requires the employee to be available mornings, afternoons and evenings, including weekdays, weekends and holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with lead server and kitchen team members
- Service guests upon arrival to the banquet areas.
- Lift and carry heavy trays of food, beverage, dishes, glasses, and supplies (i.e. Linen, bus tubs, centerpieces, chaffing dishes etc.)
- Deliver food and beverages to guest’s table or areas in a timely, friendly and professional manner

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Minimum of one-year experience preferred. Must be TIPS Certified or able to pass certification upon hire.
