Regional Compliance Coordinator (Remote)

The Regional Compliance Coordinator (RCC) ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, wage laws, contracts, waivers, and organizational policies within their assigned region. They serveastheprimarycomplianceresource,overseeaudits,reporting,PIPs,CAPs,incidentinvestigations,andcriminalbackgroundcheckreviews,whilesupportingcontinuousimprovementandregulatoryadherence.

Responsibilities

• Monitorregulatoryandcontractchangesandcommunicateupdatestostakeholders.
• Maintaincompliancetrackingandnotificationprocesses.
• Reviewandupdaterequiredformstoensureregulatorycompliance.
• Prepareandsubmitcontractreportsaccuratelyandontime.
• Develop,maintain,andreviewpoliciesandproceduresforcomplianceandcontinuousimprovement.
• Coordinateinternalandexternalaudits,includingcorrectiveactionfollow-up.
• ManageandmonitorPerformanceImprovementPlans(PIPs)andCorrectiveActionPlans(CAPs).
• Investigatecompliance-relatedincidents,includingFraud,Waste,Abuse,Privacy,HIPAA,andothercriticalmatters.
• OverseeCriminalBackgroundCheck(CBC)reviewsandcompliancerequirements.
• Maintaincompliancerecordstosupportauditsandreporting.
• Collaboratewithleadershipandcomplianceteamstoresolveissuesandimproveprocesses.
• Providecompliancetrainingandguidanceasneeded.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of compliance-related experience in healthcare, financial services, or a regulated industry.

• Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

• Proven track record in managing audits, regulatory reporting, and policy implementation.

• Strong understanding of compliance principles, regulatory frameworks, and risk management processes.

• Proficiency in using compliance management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
