Lifting Supervisor

The Lifting Supervisor will own all lifting and rigging activity on site, from crane operations to daily safety inspections. The project is a long-run mandate rather than a short posting. The role
- Supervise all lifting and rigging activity on a major infrastructure site.
- Oversee mobile and crawler crane operations across live work packages.
- Coordinate lifting plans with site engineers, crane operators and project teams.
- Monitor compliance with risk assessments, method statements and site HSE rules.
- Inspect lifting equipment and rigging gear, and stop unsafe work immediately.
What you'll bring
- Must hold a valid LEEA Appointed Person certification
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in lifting operations within civil, infrastructure, airport, bridge, metro or other large-scale construction projects
- Strong experience with mobile/crawler crane operations, rigging activities, lifting plans, and safe lifting procedures
- Good understanding of site HSE requirements and lifting safety standards
- UAE or GCC project experience is preferred.
