GXO Logistics is an American contract logistics company headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, running outsourced warehousing, ecommerce fulfillment, reverse logistics and supply chain services for large brands. Spun off from XPO Logistics in 2021 and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, it operates hundreds of sites in more than 25 countries across North America and Europe, serving sectors such as retail, consumer goods, technology, aerospace and data centers. It hires warehouse operatives, PIT operators, drivers, dock coordinators, shift supervisors and operations managers, along with automation technicians, finance business partners and program managers.

Do you have the experience to lead and develop a team of trainers within a fast-paced logistics environment? Can you create engaging training programmes that drive capability, compliance and operational excellence? Are you passionate about building a learning culture that enables colleagues and leaders to perform at their best?

Exciting things are happening at GXO! We're delighted to announce the expansion of our Fashion & Apparel operations with the launch of our newest distribution site in Burnley (BB10). Following significant investment, this site is being brought back to life and will become a key part of our growing UK network.

As a Senior Operational Trainer, you'll play a critical role in building the capability of our new operation from the ground up. Leading a team of Operational Trainers, you'll ensure the successful delivery of inductions, skills training, cross-training programmes and development initiatives that enable colleagues to perform safely, confidently and effectively.

Working closely with operational leaders, HR and site management teams, you'll help establish training standards, manage compliance requirements and support the development of future talent across the operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced trainer or learning professional who thrives on developing people and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
