Position Overview
H.B. Fuller is seeking a Packaging Sourcing EIMEA Intern to support packaging data management and supplier engagement activities related to EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) requirements. This role will help ensure packaging information and supplier documentation are accurate, complete, and maintained in company databases.
Primary Responsibilities
Collect packaging data from suppliers in line with PPWR requirements.
Request and maintain supplier Declarations of Conformity.
Verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Update and manage packaging information databases.
Create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
Track supplier responses and documentation status.
Respond to stakeholder and supplier inquiries related to packaging compliance.
Support the EIMEA Packaging Sourcing team with data analysis and administrative tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
Written and verbal communication skills in English.
Authorization to work in Portugal.
Preferred Requirements
Experience using Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems.
Knowledge of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
