Position Overview
Join H.B. Fuller as a Production Operator, supporting manufacturing activities that ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role involves operating equipment, preparing materials, completing product checks, and following established procedures. The position offers an opportunity to build experience in a collaborative industrial environment while contributing to operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare raw materials and packaging according to production requirements.
- Transport materials to designated production areas.
- Operate processing equipment following work instructions and procedures.
- Monitor processes and equipment to maintain target production rates.
- Perform initial product testing and verify specification compliance.
- Inspect labels and packaging materials for accuracy and compliance.
- Package finished products according to quality standards.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Authorization to work in the country of employment.
Preferred Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Basic English comprehension.
- Experience operating production or processing equipment.
- Familiarity with quality, safety, and environmental procedures in manufacturing settings.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
